The statistics shows an increase of divorce number, assigns each of us, scholars of the law, lawmakers, applicators of the legal norms, to find an appropriate way to regulate every consequence that derives from the process of divorce. It is obvious that the known social problem of divorce affects a considerable number of subjects, starting from those directly implicated in the process or other third persons, whom interacted in a way or another with the subjects of the divorce itself. This process directly affects the spouses and children, if there are any, by considering for them not only the conclusion of an actual status but also as the beginning of a new life that both have its bright and dark aspects.Downloads
