The 5 Steps to Admission

Our streamlined admission process is designed to be clear and efficient for students and advisors. Below is an overview of the key stages from application to enrollment.

Step 1: Submit Application

Initiate the process by completing the online application form. It is crucial to upload all required documents, such as academic transcripts, diplomas, and a copy of the student's passport. A complete and accurate submission is essential for a swift and successful review.

Step 2: Eligibility Review

Our admissions team conducts a thorough review of the application, assessing academic qualifications and English proficiency. An offer letter is issued upon successful evaluation. Key criteria include:

  • Undergraduate (BBA in Management / BS in Computer Science): Secondary school diploma with a "C" average (2.0/4.0 GPA) or 5+ O-levels (British system); GED accepted as an alternative. IELTS 6.0 is standard for unconditional Year 1 entry; IELTS 5.5–6.0 is accepted for conditional entry, with mandatory concurrent enrollment in our English-language support program (currently offered free of charge). Applicants below IELTS 5.5 may start with our NCC Education (UK) Foundation Year before progressing to further study.
  • Graduate (MBA): A completed undergraduate degree with a 3.0+ GPA and a current CV/resume. IELTS 6.5 is standard for admission.

Offered at no additional cost as of the current academic year; confirm with admissions before enrollment.

Step 3: Secure Admission & Prepare Visa Documents

Upon receiving the offer letter, the student must secure their place by paying the full tuition fee and arranging proof of sufficient funds (e.g., a blocked account deposit). Copies of all payment receipts must be sent to Brussels College. Once payment is confirmed, we issue the final Enrollment Certificate needed for the visa application.

Step 4: Get Visa (for International Students)

With the Enrollment Certificate, students apply for a Type D (long-stay) visa, which grants all the rights and privileges of a "Student Visa" in Belgium. They can apply at the Belgian embassy in their home country. The application requires a standard file of documents, including the Enrollment Certificate, proof of payment, financial means, a valid passport, academic records, and a medical certificate. For more details, see the visa requirements page.

Note: The visa process can be complex. We advise students to consult with their education advisor or contact our admissions desk for guidance.

Step 5: Finalise Enrollment & Arrive

After the visa is granted, students can finalise their registration with the college, make their travel arrangements, and prepare for their arrival in Brussels. Our student support team is available to assist with accommodation and pre-arrival questions.
