7-Step Process

How to Become an Authorised Agency

Simple and Transparent Registration

Our agency registration process is designed to be straightforward and efficient. Follow the seven steps below to become an authorised recruitment partner of Brussels College and gain access to our dedicated agency portal.

Visit our agency registration portal and fill in all required details about your organisation, including:

  • Legal name of the agency
  • Registered address and contact details
  • Main contact person's name, email and phone number
  • Website and social media (if applicable)
  • Countries/regions you recruit from

Upload any requested supporting documents (e.g., company registration, business licence, relevant certificates) and submit the form.

Start Registration

Once we receive your completed form, an automated email will be generated and sent to the email address you provided. This email will include:

  • Confirmation that we received your application
  • Further instructions and guidelines
  • Any additional forms or documents you may need to complete
  • Information about our compliance and recruitment standards

Carefully read the automated email and:

  • Complete all requested forms (if any)
  • Provide any additional documents requested
  • Confirm that you agree to our recruitment guidelines and terms

Reply directly to that email with the completed information and attachments as instructed.

After we receive your completed information, our team will schedule an online interview (e.g., Zoom/Teams) with you.

During the interview, we will:

  • Verify your details and recruitment experience
  • Explain our programmes, processes and expectations
  • Discuss your target markets and recruitment plans
  • Answer any questions you may have

If your application and interview are successful, you will be approved as an official agency partner of Brussels College.

We will then issue a formal Agency Certificate / Appointment Letter confirming your status as an authorised recruitment partner.

Once approved, we will create your Agency Online Portal and share the login details with you.

Through this portal, you will be able to:

  • Register students for our programmes
  • Upload documents (passports, academic transcripts, English language certificates, etc.)
  • Access visa guidance and support materials
  • Receive day-to-day updates and announcements
  • Submit and track refund requests (where applicable)
  • Check the status of applications in real time (e.g., received, under review, conditional offer, unconditional offer, enrolled)

The portal provides a comprehensive platform to manage all your activities with students and the college efficiently.

Once you have access to the portal and your agency certificate, you can start:

  • Promoting our programmes to prospective students
  • Submitting student applications through your agency portal
  • Managing your caseload and communication with students and the college

You will have complete control over managing all activities with students through your dedicated agency portal.
