A Belgian institution at the heart of Europe.

Brussels College is a Belgian higher education institution based in Zaventem, minutes from the centre of Brussels. It initiated Northwood University - Brussels and BCBT - Brussels College of Business and Technology. Both now run as standalone institutions, each with its own programmes, admissions and accreditation.

Brussels College arranges the UK degree top-up pathways with our partner WINC, offers English and Dutch preparation, and holds the partnerships and Flemish quality registrations that connect students in Brussels with education across Europe and the UK. A Global Access Scholarship supports qualified students from low-income countries on the routes arranged through Brussels College.

Legal status and quality marks

Legal statusBrussels College operates under Belgian law as a "Private Higher Education Institution" in Flanders, under Article II.75, §5 of the Higher Education Law ("Codex Hoger Onderwijs," 2013) — the standard legal basis for private higher-education providers in Flanders. This is a baseline operating status, not a quality accreditation.

Flemish quality marksBrussels College holds the WSE Kwaliteitsregistratie and the Qfor WSE certification for its training, guidance and labour market services.

Looking aheadAs a long-term goal, Brussels College intends to pursue its own accreditation within the Flemish (NVAO) quality-assurance framework. This is a future ambition, not a current credential.
