Brussels College, operated by Scholaria BV, is the founding institution and Brussels higher-education hub on the Zaventem campus. It initiated Northwood University - Brussels and BCBT, which share its campus.
Today Brussels College keeps the UK degree top-up pathways with WINC, English and Dutch preparation, its partnerships and quality registrations, and guidance for students choosing a route.

One operator. Brussels College, Northwood University - Brussels and BCBT - Brussels College of Business and Technology are all operated by Scholaria BV, on the shared campus at Excelsiorlaan 5, 1930 Zaventem.
Legal status. Brussels College operates under Belgian law as a “Private Higher Education Institution” in Flanders (Article II.75, §5 of the Codex Hoger Onderwijs, 2013). This is a baseline operating status, not a quality accreditation.
Looking ahead. NVAO accreditation within the Flemish quality-assurance framework is a long-term goal of Brussels College, not a current credential.
Who awards what. Each qualification is awarded by the body named on its route: Northwood University, the University of Greater Manchester (via WINC), NCC Education or Paris Education (ESTIAM). See accreditation.
